Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods

Domestic shipments to any of the contiguous 48 states are by UPS, Fedex or DHL. Elsewhere, we ship by USPS. We ship within 72 business hours of your order, but most shipments leave within 24 hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.

Shipping Delays/Out of Stock Items

We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please review all information submitted before processing orders. Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship your package. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held "open" until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival. Alternatively, upon request we will issue a full refund.

Shipping charges

Shipping to the continental U.S is $9.95 flat rate. Most European countries are around $35.00 by USPS Express Mail insured. Canada is usually between $20.00 and $25.00 by UPS insured. The UPS option is also offered worldwide, but except for Canada this is quite expensive once they leave US shores. This goes for other couriers as well like Fedex or DHL.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.

Return policies vary by manufacturer

The following applies to Bulova, Casio, Citizen, Croton, ESQ, Fila, Gucci, Hamilton, Jules Jurgensen Movado, Pulsar, Sartego, Seiko, Skagen, Tissot, TW Steel, Swiss Army and Wenger: All watches are shipped with a return seal. If this seal is removed, damaged, or manipulated, return is void. This seal MUST be present and unaltered for any returns. If you suspect that the watch may be somehow defective, please notify TimeJewels immediately. Do not attempt to repair the watch yourself or by anyone else. ALL returns must have a return authorization before being returned to us. Requests for RMA must be made within 15 days of order shipment, and returned back to us no later than 6 days after an RMA been issued. Watches may not be worn, used, sized or altered in any way. Watches showing any sign of wear can not be returned. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The 15% fee will be waived on watches returned for exchange for an item of equal or greater value. Shipments that are refused, undeliverable, or 'returned to sender' will be charged a $25 processing fee. Shipments that are re-routed to an address that is different than to where it was originally shipped will be charged a $10 processing fee. Watches with proven factory defects (as determined by TimeJewels) will be replaced with the same model if reported to us within 3 days of delivery. This does not include items damaged due to abuse, misuse, owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions, or water/condensation damage. Picture or description discrepancies on our web site or other advertising are not considered defects. Out of the box visual defects MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise a restocking fee may apply to cover the damage. All returns must include non-damaged packaging and be in resalable condition, containing all original contents (parts, instruction manuals...). Otherwise, additional restocking fees may apply. All shipping charges are not refundable. Watches which have been sized (by anyone other than TimeJewels) are not returnable. Freight charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Any Invicta, EOS, Game Time or Suntime item is returnable for any reason for exchange or full refund less shipping and credit card charges. ZaMeks clocks are not returnable. All sales are final. Of course, the warranty is always honored.

WinCraft clocks are not returnable. However any WinCraft clock found defective upon arrival will immediately be replaced.
